I purchased a one-year Adobe licence from softwareshore in October last year, but it lasted only five months. Two days ago, I received a notification that my licence had expired. When I tried to contact the company, I found their website shut down, and my emails bounced back—they’ve completely ghosted.

No support, no refund, no explanation. Just gone. Definitely a lesson learned.
