Shocking! They want me to refund the PayPal dispute costs!
Timeline:
- Made purchase. 1/12/2024
- No confirmation of purchase via email.
- Online says shipping may be slow due to busy period.
- A month later 1/1/2025. Online says “processing”.
- On 1/1/2025 I email requesting immediate refund.
- On 2/1/2025 I receive email apologising for delay. I’ll be contacted when it ships. They IGNORE refund request.
- I contact PayPal for refund, which is honoured.
- On 14/1/2025 I get email saying order has shipped. Inside of email, it says it shipped via DHL on 30/11/2024.
- Tights eventually arrive. I asked for refund, which was ignored.
- TODAY 7/03/2025, I receive a letter, “First Notice” payment reminder letter telling me that I must pay for the order AND the PayPal Dispute Fee!!!
- TODAY 7/03/2025, I call the free customer service hotline. I get a recorded message repeated three times and then it hangs up on me.
