Hive Customer Service is better than Hive itself

Hive Customer Service, is better than Hive itself. Setting up & maintaining a stable hive seems almost impossible & not as easy as the instructions say. Why it can’t use the mesh-Wi-Fi existing in the house beggars belief in this day and age. Using its own Wi-Fi in a house, difficult for Wi-Fi makes no sense. But the technical services of Hive are easy to contact and have heard every problem before. They were rapid to deal with & far more impressive than initially expected to be.
