Edited (again!): the company has reached out to apologise and to rectify things which is commendable. I'm confident I will be buying the pre-made kits again in future

Edited: company finally replied after a month or so, then it was about another month before a replacement kit was sent out which was acceptable quality but not great. Given how long it all took I had to go to a different company and spend again on a different kit, so overall still not very happy

Do not buy a personalised paint kit from this company!! It will be totally crap and nothing like what you asked for. THEN they will completely ignore you!!
Please heed the other bad reviews here! I wish I had! Complete waste of money!
(In the past I have had normal kits from FA that have been great, so if thats what you're after you might be okay, but DO NOT buy a personalised kit)
