It All Turned Around.

Yo, what’s up everyone. So, as you all are, currently; I ordered some stuff from the Black Friday sale on November 30th and had to wait almost three months to receive my items.
FedEx declared my package missing about a month after my claim and informed me that Guapi has also filed a claim.
In the beginning of my two-month-long-battle, Guapi was responsive, but not cohesive or understanding in my concerns.
Eventually, my first order of three items was declared lost for good and did not arrive (this was FedEx’s fault, however not Guapi’s).
I asked Guapi for replacement, then they went silent on me for about a week and a half.
After all said and done, they sent a replacement, but that also got lost in the FedEx warehouse for a while, also I asked for a refund after many attempts of trying for them to send a replacement, after all they did send a replacement, but still used FedEx and I had to battle for weeks for a refund or replacement.

In the end, everything did work out, about two days ago, I recieved a call from their customer support team offering me a free shirt and a discount for my troubles, which is all I wanted.
In a world full of soulless corporations, the fact that they called me and handled the situation 100% makes up for all of the headache.

Seriously, I was thinking about never ordering again-even though it was my first time ordering anyway.
They made up for it and showed that they truly care, this is how a company should operate.

Thanks to the Guapi support team and everyone involved in helping correct my experience.
