Our teams do work very hard to keep the free vacuums serviced and maintained for our customers.  Our vacuums do get a lot of use and, unfortunately, are often used to vacuum items that can clog or damage the system. We always try to address these problems quickly. Always feel free to let a team member know if you are experiencing issues because a clog may be recent, and it may not have been brought to our attention yet.
