I already was a Spiral customer and had their brilliant ‘Legacy’ backpack, so thought I’d get a similar one for my husband for Christmas. He was really pleased with the bag, however the main zip kept catching, so would need working back and forth to get over the sticking point. I contacted Spiral, explained the situation and they responded the same day, with an apology and had a replacement bag shipped the very same day. Now THAT is great customer service. The rucksacks really are brilliant, roomy, comfortable, water proof and stylish - if you’re still considering buying one, just do it, you will not be disappointed and with great aftercare too, you know you can buy with confidence.
