I brought a Spiral Backpack a few months ago, to use for commuting and odd days out, and it's awesome, it develope a small fault, but on contacting Spiral themselves, they couldn't have been more helpful offerd to replace my old backpack with a new one with out any charge,hassle or inconvenience. I cannot recommend these guys enough, it's so refreshing to be treated properly by proper people who appreciate their customers.
