I think it is a disgrace that I have had to change my membership to platinum in order to have the use of a steam, sauna, jacuzzi
I have been a member for 25 years
I am also unhappy that the increase in my membership took effect from 1st January and the spa wont be completed until at least May 2025
The disruption since the start of the refurbishment has been immense and loyal members have not even been offered a free cup of coffee!
