Just awful

Items ordered on line late December’24. No email confirmation but card payment processed successfully. Concerned by lack of confirmatory email called them as soon as business resumed after New Year, was told they could see my order and confirmed everything was being processed.
A week passed, no goods. Called again, told that there had been a few issues with Royal Mail and they would send the order again.
24 January, still no goods. Called again, told ‘out of stock’ and would be delivered at the beginning of February.
Mid February still nothing.
Email sent detailing everything asking for them to either send goods or refund, and to contact me either way - no response.
Will now pursue Section 75 claim through credit card company.
