Unreliable and unprofessional installation and support

Maybe we were unlucky, but we haven't had the greatest experience with G4S. Their hardware is fine, it seems to do what it promised to do.

But the installation and customer support have been unreliable and unprofessional.

We signed a contract with them on the 10th of January and the installation is still not complete as of today (feb 17th)

We waited 2 weeks for an outdoor siren and a key box. We then got those together with 21 vibration sensors, but we are still missing 5 sensors, which the Sales person included in the price offer but never installed. They claimed the upstairs windows don't need sensors because the 1st floor is protected by the rest of the equipment?? Then why sell us equipment we don't need?

We have been chasing the installation partner for weeks for a new appointment to finish the installation, we never receive any answers from him. When we ring Customer Support, the waiting time is always longer than 25 minutes. There is not even a bot to say how many people are ahead of me in the queue, just irritating music and endless waiting times.

They have sent an invoice in my mailbox with no itemisation so I don't know what I'm being asked to pay for. I need to ring Support, wait for 30 min to receive clarification. They also added penalty fees for late payment, although the installation partner assured us that they would set up payments via Betalingsservice.

When writing this, I have been waiting for 38 minutes to speak to Support, no one has picked up.

If it wasn't for losing the 7000 kr I paid for the installation, I would cancel my contract just because, as a customer, I feel disrespected and taken for a fool.
