This scamming company RIP YOU OFF. Paid online for a rental car, when we got there they offered us an upgrade and we said no. Nothing else was mentioned. They then took a deposit for petrol from our credit card and as the contract was all in Spanish we asked if it was just literally for the rental and nothing else except the petrol deposit and was told yes. The contract was signed and off we went. After being home for 4 weeks we started getting charged interest on a credit card charge. This scamming company had added on an extra charge which was on the contract we’d signed. €274 for extra insurance I already had with another company and which wasn’t mentioned and wouldn’t have been agreed to. They are saying as it was on the contract we’d signed we have to pay it but as the contract was all in Spanish we asked to make sure there was nothing else on it and was told there were no extras. I’m disabled and can’t afford any extras as I’d get a bus if I could.
