Received a card from work but can’t…
Received a card from work but can’t check the balance. The website is awful saying click on links and words that are not there to click on. Cannot get through to any customer service. Pointless been gifted this “amazing” and “thoughtful” gift of recognition when I can’t access anything.
I have sent an email explaining the full issue. I have registered, logged in and can’t access my email and I’ve emailed customer service too with reply as yet.
