Horrible returns experience

DO NOT TRUST REVIEWS ON TILE.COM WEBSITE THEY DO NOT DISPLAY ( HIDE) 3 STAR OR LESS REVIEWS
WISH I READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I PURCHASED TRACKER FROM TILE.COM

Horrible returns experience compared to Chipolo or Airtag
First of all tile network is smaller than it's competitors.
Returned tile on 16th Jan 2025 and after chasing multiple times on 06th Feb they asked for return receipt ( luckily which was tracked & signed for & sent to tile on email). Tile customer support initially offered to refund via paypal but since then they are only responding to my emails saying we are still checking & "Please look forward to my soonest follow up".
Till date (27th Feb 2025) I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED REFUND (RMA#Rtn218722) .
Other tags ( Chipolo , Airtag) returns refund was issued within 3 days of receiving it.
