Good program!It's early to rate it but so far so good. Very complete course.
It has stretching , mindfulness, exercise, a lot of info. If you mail them, they respond fast.
It takes time and commitment. I'll come back with a review in 3 months and share my experience.
Just a quick update. I'm on my 10th week. Simptome are low. Stretches and jogging is going ok. The course offers you a balance and a daily routine that keeps you busy and focused. 100% cure?! No.
But l definitely feel better! 8 April.
