Long history of disappointing experiences
We have a long history of disappointment with Leroy Merlin. Today´s: We ordered a fan last night because they said we could collect it today. When we looked again to check the details, the collection date was moved to next week. When I rang to check another model, that says collect in 2 hours, I was told it wasn´t actually available either. These are blatant lies on the website. Our worst experience was when they came to install a new bathroom and they put a hole in the wall and wouldn´t fix it, they also put a clear silicon around the bottom of the shower that filled with mould within a month and had to be replaced. Thankfully we have a Bricomart opened beside it now that is much, much more professional, helpful, and better priced.
