Be prepapred to be messed around
Booked on line and arranged a cleaning date and part payment - they then called me to ask if they could bring the date forward as they were in the area that day and it would benefit them if their agent could do both whilst in the area. So I rearranged a meeting, and someone would call back to confirm the appointment and details, nobody did. Just had another call from them to state they wanted more money to clean the oven as our was a range oven and not a double, already explained that on the call last week ? I explained I was doing them a favour as their agent was better utilising their time by doing our visit on the same day as another local customer. When I explained this the customer care agent didn't understand the commerciality of utilisation ! But more focused on an extra £35 for a slightly larger over. Good luck with your customers if you mess them around like this.
