Not impressed. I purchased a rack was waiting for shipment information. Then found I was going to be charged an extra $110 using an email that didn’t look very official. It’s not enough to have good products. You need good processes too. I will be buying a rack somewhere else do to the addition hidden charge. If it’s a nave point rack awesome. But I won’t buy it direct through you guys.
