I travel very rarely and find the process of organising a holiday very daunting because I am an older person and not very good with technology and everything is now online. The travel agent was so helpful. She was very reassuring, she certainly knew what my options were, the process was smooth and easy, she was professional and efficient and she covered everything that might be required.
