Booking went ahead smoothly with deposit paid and future payment dates supplied. I take it this is the day I pay it on and NOT the day it has to arrive by. Took advantage of the TUI sale and looking forward to our holiday in a few months time

I’m so glad to hear that you found it easy to book with us. We understand that booking a holiday is an exciting time so we're happy to know that we're able to make this as simple and stress-free as possible.
In terms of your balance due date, you can still make a payment on that date - so for example, if your booking confirmation says the next payment is due on the 1st February, you can still make the payment on that date, as long as it's paid by midnight. However, don't worry if you're unsure as we'll always send payment reminders to let you know.
