Lacks clarity and options for customers
I recently enrolled in Borrowell’s $25 bi-weekly Credit Builder program and fortunately my experience thus far has been underwhelming.
There are no clear options in app for linking payments or establishing backup payment methods, which seems like a fundamental feature for a service of this nature.
Moreover, the absence of live support agents further adds to the frustration.
All inquiries must be addressed via email, which results in delayed resolutions and a lack of real-time assistance ( I am still waiting for a reply how to link my payment/bank account).
The process feels needlessly convoluted and cumbersome, and fails tragically short of the clarity and support one would expect from a company specializing in financial services- especially of the ones of this nature.
It also seems that customers are unable to access detailed information about their credit-building progress, such as how much of their loan has been paid off.
