Incredibly bad return experience
I had to return two items due to them arriving damaged. According to the tracking the items haven't moved for six weeks during shipment and are still "ready to ship" but Coolshop refuse to do anything about the issue.
It's clear from the tracking that I've returned the items. I proved with photos that the items were damaged. The issue is clearly with Coolshop's delivery partner. But they refuse to investigate the issue or acknowledge that there's a problem.
This issue has been going on for 2 months now and I've contacted customer service about it a dozen times. Any other shop would have simply refunded me by now, but Coolshop have been unbelievably unhelpful and useless.
I've used Coolshop a lot in the past and never had any issue. This is the first time I've had to return something and it's been an absolute disaster. Just pray that when you make your order nothing goes wrong, as if it does, they will not help you.
Edit: In response to the below, I did raise a case through 'claimlane' at the time (ref #788023). I spoke to customer service reps via this case and separate online chats multiple times, and it was impossible to get any help for months.
It does not surprise me that Coolshop were unable to find evidence of my claimlane case, as they are absolutely useless.
