I emailed to cancel the order which…

I emailed to cancel the order which they didn’t do. Had to get Royal Mail to collect the item again. Now they’re dragging their feet to refund me. They got the item back in their warehouse last Thursday, today is Tuesday and they still haven’t refunded me. Will never order from them again.

As per their response, they refunded me yesterday? That’s not true as I’ve just checked my account and the money isn’t there.

Good Afternoon I am sorry to read your review I have looked into this and can see that you emailed in on Saturday 03.01.25 asking to cancel. As per our automated email reply our response time can be upto 48 working hours from our return to the office which in this case was a Monday. In the meantime our warehouse had dispatched your order as normal before we had reached your email.
Your return was processed on the 16th January by our warehouse and refunded to your account on the 21st of January inthe time frame as quoted on our terms and conditions.
I hope that my explanation above would be enough to give you the confidence to shop with us again in the future.
