Slow response time

I play on several sites and have never experienced the frustration from trying to redeem. I played only 50.00 and won over 10,000. I put in for three redemptions. It’s my first time redeeming with CC so I expected some wait time and extra verification. I already verified my address and identity so didn’t expect it would be too hard. I got a message stating they need proof of my credit card. I took a clear picture of front and back and uploaded. Next I get a message it failed to go through. I attempt to contact support and no response. I try to upload again and I keep getting an error message. I ended up playing out some of the money while waiting, it’s been over 17 hours with no response from support. I tried to email, but it keeps getting sent back saying no ticket created contact support. I been waiting and waiting with no help. It’s frustrating when it comes to money. I will continue to wait for support to answer. I hope this gets resolved. I will keep you updated.
I do love the games and the site in general. They have all my favorites. I read all the reviews before playing to make sure it was legit.
