I watched the first 1 hour of a 14 hour course to get a feel of if I wanted to continue with it. The course was not really good so I wanted a refund. This, however, was not possible, because, according to the system, I have watched too much of the course. Apparently 1/14 of a course is too much! So much for their 30 days money back guarantee, if you don't like the course. It has been 8 days since I bought it! And the ONLY way to have ANY communication about this is to talk to a chatbot that refers you to a "help center" page about refunds. Beyond all criticism!
