We got there in the end

It was an exhausting process that took considerably more time and effort that I thought possible for such a task, but they got there in the end and Mr Solanki did his best to try and get things resolved. The system glitch didn’t help and my frustration stemmed from the inability to manage simple processes and no real plan B if the system failed.
