I ordered the transporter deluxe and unfortunately had an issue with the zip.

I contacted customer service who replied within an hour and sorted the issue out for me with no issues what so ever.

Aside from the zip I absolutely loved the bag, looks great, handles the rain perfectly and just generally very practical.

I’m rarely surprised by customer service these days but they really turned a 3⭐️ into a 5⭐️
