As they no longer offer customer service on the phone I can honestly say I have chased an issue up by various means 20 times. Any time they reply they ask for ridiculous details, already included in my correspondence. £30 out of pocket, with no order to show for it. Just a higher blood pressure. I can't believe the disgustingly poor customer service. Shocking.
