Currently trying to transfer 3 pension…
Currently trying to transfer 3 pension plans from this joke of a company for over three months now to my current provider. They have failed to respond to three requests from my current provider, failed to send out the documents for 1 of the plans (twice), and lost the documents I have sent back to them for the other 2 twice!! - Last attempt now before I go to the Financial Ombudsman Service. I was suspicious, but now convinced they are delaying tactics to hold onto my funds all to my detriment!
EDIT - 10/3/25 - Despite this matter being taken up by the complaints team at Phoenix, none of the plans have been transferred, this is despite sending the documents they require for a fourth time! So now we are 6 months on from the start of this saga, terrible.
