Highly dissatisfied and flabbergasted by the service received from MTN. You’ve neglected to update my personal details after countless phone calls and requests. You’ve incorrectly charged me for insurance after cancelling the service in early 2024! You’ve failed to forward my statements since early 2024 ! You’re unable to pull 1 single phone call made , for investigative purposes, so I may rightfully receive my refund. Highly disappointed!
