Appalling customer service
I placed an order on the 4th November for some shin guards for a Christmas present. They didn’t arrive. After chasing up multiple times I received an email on the 7th January stating that my order had been lost by the courier and they would offer me a 50% refund as a goodwill gesture. I replied to the email stating that I haven’t received my order therefore need a full refund. A further email then received offering me 75%. What kind of company take your money, know you haven’t received the goods then make those offers. Take my advice stay well clear!
