I’m disappointed with your service and will not order from you again.

Thank you for you taking the time to give us your feedback.

I am very sorry that you have been disappointed on this occasion.

I can see that you have been in touch with us via the telephone to explain your disappointment with regards to the message on the cake. Unfortunately as this was requested in the gift note section, our decorators did not see this request and the cake was prepared as per your order confirmation email with no message piped on the cake.

I understand the team members at the store offered a Happy Birthday cake topper as a gesture of goodwill.

We do ask that customers check their order confirmation email after placing orders and if anything does not seem quite right with the order to get in touch with us as soon as possible so that any issues are resolved promptly and any disappointment is avoided.
