CUSTOMER SERVICE MAKING FUN OF THE CUSTOMERS
We added an additional number to our business contract. We never received the new contract, and customer service never provided a new phone number- but to activate a new number, O2 customer service keeps asking us for a new line number that they never provided. How we supposed to know a new number if you dont know it? You never send us new SIM card. Its been 4 week- nothing sorted. Horrible service, people in customer service making fun of you.
