Wish I could give 0. By far the worst experience I have ever had with an airline. The flight was delayed (unavoidable) but communication around this was terrible. They had also oversold the flight, meaning a passenger had to volunteer to move to a later flight. Not only this, but they did not put my luggage on the plane after loading some checked bags in to the cabin itself. There was zero communication from the company about this upon arrival at my destination and even when I asked at the baggage area the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. 24 hours later, I am yet to receive any update about my baggage and when I finally was able to reach them via phone (tried email, chat and numerous phone calls) they said there was nothing they could do as Bergen was so overloaded with missing baggage and the best case scenario would be to send another email as they weren’t answering the phone. So now I am stuck in Tromsø in -15 degrees with none of my items. Absolutely unbelievable, shocking customer service.
