No post for 5 working days, despite waiting for important letters. Contacted the sender three times, and they directed call to Royal Mail. Royal Mail has told me the same thing three times: "We attempted delivery, but there was an obstacle, or you were closed."
In reality, we've been here for 15 years, open as usual, with Royal Mail collecting our parcels daily. There’s no obstacle preventing collection by RM and delivering parcels by other couriers, yet they somehow can’t deliver the post. Absolutely disgraceful service. No wonder it was sold to Russian oligarchs.
