Cannot recommend
Items ordered were broken on arrival, which can happen of course. Ellos kindly offered to replace, but two subsequent deliveries contained incorrect items. Recent deliveries have been provided without packong slips. We have now been waiting more than three months for a corrected delivery, and have not received a response to our repeated customer support enquiries (400-20414044) for a month now. Cannot recommend the experience this time.
Edited: Thanks for the response here, glad you understand our frustrations - when will we get the products we paid for? Please respond to our request for customer support!
Edited 2: Our repeated support requests are being ignored. Ellos have taken our money and have not provided the product. I suppose this is illegal, and we are initiating a case with the Danish Consumer Complaints Board.
