Often some issues
Edit: updating my rating again, as I just spent a good half hour on a survey and didn't get a single point for it... Those little point "bugs" are almost always in their favor and way too common :x
Updating after my previous review (which I leave online for transparency), since my experience with them has improved since then.
On the minus side, there was this issue with YouTube data synchronization that I mentioned in my previous review, but it didn't happen again. There's also a fair share of studies where the point reward that is announced at the start is modified later (I've often seen the announced reward drop by 25 points, rarely, but not never, the other way around). Some studies have weird and/or boring questions, some studies get repeated barely a month apart (but you still get paid for the repeats so even though it's boring it's fine), some quality-control questions are either tricky or bugged (but I apparently never got in trouble for the few times I "failed" these). And recently there was a study I registered to where I was supposed to get a 75p questionnaire a day for a week + a bonus for global completion, I completed all but it seems that some questionnaires were replaced by backup questionnaires, resulting in lower points for them + not getting the completion bonus.
So, not a smooth experience.
That said, I was able to cash out recently, and it was blazing fast, I received it as an instant wire within the day. Not exactly sure how fast since I didn't expect it to arrive that soon and I wasn't monitoring my bank account, but it was sure much faster than the payments I get from cashback services.
So, all-in-all, fair enough service. I just wish they were more responsive to the feedback we provide at the end of surveys, as I don't think any action was ever taken against the bugs or issue I encountered and told them about there - so I mostly gave up on giving feedback.
