The country's worst courier service

The country's worst courier service. Can we ask all business to stop using their services.
My daughters Christmas presents were ordered from Beauty Bay, a bundle of £150, with next day delivery 16th Dec 24. They did their part and it was with EVRI for the 17th. It then sat at EVRI delivery deport with no updates other than "We're sorry, your parcel has been delayed. We're working to get it on its way on the next working day and We'll let you know once it's out for delivery". The day I opened a case with the seller and EVRI, EVRI miraculously marked it as delivered - 12:00pm 23rd Dec 24. No proof of delivery recorded. We have both CCTV and a Ring doorbell. No attempt was made.
I now have to face the embarrassment and disappointment of no Christmas present for my daughter tomorrow.
