Dear Mr Fullwood, thank you for leaving us a review and I am sorry your wife did not receive her products in time for your trip to Lapland. I have looked at your order history and I can see that you ordered on Monday 16th December at 1.30pm, the goods where delivered at 12.53 on Thursday 19th December. Three days later, our confirmations all state delivery within 2-3 working days, so it was within the time window confirmed on your order. We use Royal Mail tracked 48 and generally the deliveries happen within that 2 day window however we changed it to 2-3 days to allow a little more time just in case the parcel got delayed. I do however accept that on the website delivery section stated 2 days unfortunately this was not updated, however this has now been fixed. This we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
