I too, am extremely disappointed and haven’t yet, even received my item. Ordered 09/12/2024 and expected within 5-7 days. Regular emails received but also feel that they are misleading. This company appears to talk the talk but definitely does NOT walk the walk. Will be even more disappointed if it does not arrive before Christmas as someone will be going without their gift.
