After the original soles on my 24-year-old Scarpa SL boots finally debonded this year, Lancashire Sports Repairs Ltd (one of the companies Scarpa recommend for repairs in the UK) resoled them. Because I was so pleased that the boots had been given a new lease of life, I e-mailed Scarpa to let them know, including a bit about all the places the boots have taken me. To my surprise, Scarpa then sent me some free gifts, which was a lovely surprise. What great service & what incredible durability of the SLs!
