Poor first attempt.

I got some (assume samples) in the post from paying P&P on my spectator subscription. What arrived shocked me. I’m glad I never paid full price as I would have been infuriated.

One bar if you can call it that looked melted and they ALL had a horrible waxy sticky consistency to them.

Result? All going in the bin thank you. A very disappointing first try at gaining a customer and they have failed miserably. I’ll stick to the othe artisan soap sellers out there. Nice packaging but a poor product. Update: they replied and wanted order numbers to resolve - nope. I’m not communicating, a lost customer is a lost customer. You get ONE chance in business to impress and judging by recent posts this lot fail consistently. 🤬
