Perhaps I should have read the trustpilot reviews, for this Bangkok located holiday package agent before I used their services. They use nefarious practices with no real access to any kind of effective recourse. I have two complaints, i will list them seperately. The first relates to discount offers: They offer many different discount options when making a booking, the one I chose, (a 10% discount for downloading the Agoda App when placing the booking) did not apply the discount at check out, apparently I missed some 'small print'.
