Missing items
The items I ordered were of good quality. Unfortunately, I only received 2 out of the 3 items that I ordered. When I contacted Help, I spent nearly an hour chatting to S****, N** and M***** and got cut off numerous times. I had to start each chat again and didn’t get an answer to my very simple question of when I was going to receive my missing item. I was told I have to wait 3-4 business days for an enquiry to investigate even though I had all the proof and sent it via the chat. Wayfair made the mistake of not sending all the items and they haven’t done anything to put it right yet. I still don’t know when it will arrive
