I ordered a fair pairs of shoes along with some other articles. Everything arrived in a big box but one pair of shoes was missing. After speaking with the customer service team a lot they deemed it that I received them so didn't offer a refund or replacement. This resulted in me losing 200 euros and receiving no shoes. Absolutely unacceptable level of service and a scam. To be avoided at all costs
