Exceptional! Excellent customer service from all the team. Everyone I spoke to were so kind, friendly and helpful. Shane and colleague were polite and professional when they came to remove my old washing machine and install the new one. I'm disabled and find these kind of things extremely stressful, but the whole process from ordering to delivery was very clear and efficient. My washing machine broke on Monday - by Thursday afternoon I had the new one installed! Amazing. You're in good hands with Ben Smith I can't recommend them highly enough!
