Excellent sign up - Let Down By Cheap and Nasty Dinosaur Router
Excellent sign up, communication and today my Internet was made live. Installation was very professional, no problems with it, seems stable and I am getting over the speed promised... BUT BeFibre... You need to change your hopeless router, the laughable size of the Heights Router and the lack of basic functions like WPS is awful. A huge plastic box with hardly any components inside. Please provide customers with a decent compact router. This is a very poor offering indeed and the WIFI coverage is weak...

Hi John, thanks for the feedback for the install experience and the router. Most customers are happy with the router and set up, however we know some people want to get a little bit more technical. This will be passed though to the team for review.
