Illegible tracking number (again)
Once again, I am unable to rearrange delivery for my parcel because the tracking number on the delivery note is illegible. Parcelforce left two delivery tickets (as they did last time), and neither tracking number is readable. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Are they doing this intentionally to avoid redelivery? This issue relates to the Aberdeen, UK branch.
