I was expecting this process to be long…
I was expecting this process to be long and tedious with a salesperson trying to force more coverage or additional services onto what I was calling for. It wasn't this at all. It was fast, accurately completed and I was never asked to purchase more. This is highly unusual, and I appreciated this! Will be back for any other needs that I may need.
