Still waiting on the phone

Still waiting on the phone - over an hour wait time. They are supposed to be safeguarding my pension but can not even manage to answer the phone. Awful service.

Hello Emma, we're very sorry about the wait to get through to our helpdesk. We recently carried out a planned upgrade to the technology platform for some of our pensions and bonds and as a result, some of our customers are having difficulty accessing their online services. This has generated an unprecedented increase in calls, we assure you we're working hard to get this resolved as quickly as we can. Many thanks ~ Dyane
